Our tattoo artists require a cash deposit when booking an appointment. If you need to reschedule with us, please give us at least a 48-hour notice. If you don't reschedule in time, you will lose the deposit. Additionally, if you have to reschedule more than twice, you will lose the deposit. All artists at our tattoo shop in Cedar Rapids, IA require a non-refundable deposit to book an appointment (which will come off the price of your tattoo when it is completed).

We ask that you give us 48-hours notice if you need to reschedule/cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the deposit.

We will only reschedule an existing appointment up to two times, otherwise, the deposit will be kept by the artist for blocking out their time.

All cancellations/rescheduling must be handled via the shop phone, we will no longer consider any other form of communication (Facebook, Instagram, E-mail, etc.). We ask for your understanding, as our artists work extremely hard for their clients and deserve that respect in return.
